In order to ensure that you are signed up for sessions, please follow the instructions below.
Step 1
Have not signed up yet on the site?
Go to the CCW website https://catalysingchangeweek.catalyst2030.net/registration/ and create a new user account if you have not been on the site already. Once doing that click “View Sessions and Events” to scroll through the hundreds of amazing sessions! enter your information on the right hand side of the screen (blue section- “Already have an account”) to sign into your account. Once you are logged in, just click on “View Sessions and Events” to scroll through the hundreds of amazing sessions!
Already have an account?
Go to the CCW website https://catalysingchangeweek.catalyst2030.net/registration/ and enter your information on the right hand side of the screen (blue section- “Already have an account”) to sign into your account. Once you are logged in, just click on “View Sessions and Events” to scroll through the hundreds of amazing sessions!
Step 2
After you click on a session that you are interested in attending, please click on the small green “Attend” button on the right hand side of the screen (see first screen shot picture below).
Step 3
Following this, you will have the option to add it to your calendar (see pic below).
If you are unsure of which to click on, just do “generic ics” as that will then download the calendar invite and once you open it, it will pull up your default programme. You will also receive an email with the confirmation for the session sign up as well as a calendar invite that way. Please do check that the time of the session CORRECTLY goes into your calendar as some computer settings might change the time of the session when entering it into the calendar.
