The role of human capital in creating and accelerating social impact

This 60-minute session is both an informative session and a workshop to discuss and co-create best practices for recruitment and human capital challenges, for growth, expansion and scale up. The first half starts with a social entrepreneur describing their own challenges; a funder representative will describe the challenges of their portfolio company, and then a business representative will give some examples of best practices in recruitment. The presenter (Haluk y.) will describe a framework about how human capital and recruitment is an optimal tool for capacity building. This will include do’s and dont’s of recruitment in general (30 minutes) The second half will be a discussion about participants’ challenges and related comments and solutions for these challenges.
