Susan Sloane will share some powerful insights into the practice and benefits of Mind Body Movement, its historic practices and uses, as well as a practical experience of some of these practices (such as the 13 joints activation activity) to provide participants with a felt experience of the process, as well as a body map understanding to support a shift from the cerebral realm into that of more embodied intelligences. This session can be run either as a brief session in one of the wellbeing slots, or for a deeper experience of higher value, as a 30-45 minute workshop event.
