Shifting Power to Sustainable Fashion Social Innovators

12 May 2022 | 14:00 - 15:30 CEST
Problem solving session/thematic workshop

Learn from a series of panel and interactive discussions exploring key challenges and critical resources for Micro/SMEs in the Sustainable, Ethical Fashion Value Chain. Discuss how we can collaborate and implement impactful solutions that create a power shift enabling the Fashion Industry to reach 2030 SDGs. Hear stories and discover actionable tactics with sustainable, ethical fashion industry innovators collaborating for systemic change. WHO SHOULD ATTEND: This is a global system that requires various people and organisations so we welcome input from all areas. We invite attendees from all areas of the fashion industry value chain from farm, manufacturing, designers, garment makers, retailers, and everyone in between. We also invite global cross-sector collaborators from government, education, farming, social enterprises, to add to the discussion. Let’s re-energize SDGs that relate to sustainable fashion, mainly SDGs 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production) and 17 (Partnership for the Goals)!
