Promoting wellbeing and resilience of young people with sport therapy

Children, young people and the community are able to create a safe and caring environment where they can speak openly about their feelings, emotions and thoughts. By the end of this work, interactions in Uasin Gishu County between children, young people and communities will create a healthy and friendly environment for interactions and collaborations. In the long term, Uasin Gishu communities will have the inter-personal skills to be good parents, friends and neighbours.
