Creating inclusive workplaces goes beyond the efforts of individual social entrepreneurs. The iCorp Model created by Dialogue in the Dark Foundation builds a consortium of collaborators who play different key roles in defining the future of work that embraces diversity and inclusion. These collaborators include strategic partners who support people with disabilities; funders who support capacity building of people with disabilities; human resources specialists of mainstream business employers; and iCorp Champions who are dominant business players. Participants who attend this session will learn about the processes and challenges in co-creating an ecosystem that defines a future of work in embracing diversity and inclusion.
