Leadership in women begins with the empowerment of adolescent girls. The empowerment of women is directly linked to the independence and success of each one. The access to resources will allow for the growth in her practice of political, social and economic capabilities, to lead revolutionary changes in our society. Creating sustainable transformations in areas such as wage inequality, basic and practical education, job and personal training that are affected by the simple fact of being women and living with social archetypes based on ignorance.
