We would like to present, with a practical case, how to innovate diversity and inclusion mindset and practices to promote well-being and free self-expression for people within the organisation. We know from experience that many sounstainable initiatives inside organisations remain unimplemented. That’s why we used a structured innovation methodology, calledthe FORTH (www.FORTH-innovation.com) that combines business thinking with design thinking and creates the conditions for the implementation of innovative solutions and we adapted it to the context in order to be effective and connected to the organization. We will describe how we experimented the hybrid mode, combining the advantages of online and presence and enabling people to use digital tools during face-to-face meetings.
