This session will be limited to 24 participants on a first come, first serve basis. Peacebuilding Circles offer a powerful process for building community, engaging meaningful and authentic participation, and even dealing with conflict restoratively. Such Circles are being used extensively in schools, religious centres, community planning, organisations, businesses, and criminal justice systems – fundamentally changing relational dynamics and outcomes. Two core structural elements include the Talking Piece and a foundation of Shared Values and Guidelines. Are you a facilitator who wants to take your practice to the next level? In this session, experience the Circle process and learn how the use of a Talking Piece can transform engagement, discussion, and relationships. Learn from seasoned practitioners who offer both theory and deeper insights. Take this next step in acquiring new skills to help change your world.
