How can network boundaries be porous while maintaining purpose and identity? Networks are everywhere we look. Increasingly we find ourselves engaged in many, at the local and global levels. Though these can have overlapping interests and purposes – and sometimes even the same people – they are also often met with different boundaries to entry and competing pulls on engagement.

The key to accelerating social change in emerging markets lies in leveraging the abundance of resources that already exist within those contexts. Among these are young people’s passion and innovative ideas for developing their communities. This space is often subject to a variety of barriers that C2030 ASEAN Chapter wants to collectively better understand, so that cross country collaboration can increase.
